Shipping & Returns Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience, from the moment you discover a book to the moment it arrives at your door. Please review our policies below for all the details you need.

1. Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partner’s service. In most cases, orders are delivered within 4–9 business days from the date of order confirmation.

All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and total order weight and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

For bulk or institutional orders, or for orders exceeding our standard shipping limits, customers are requested to contact us directly for assistance.

2. Returns & Exchanges

To ensure quality, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect.
  • The item you received is incorrect (i.e., not the title you ordered).

Please Note: We do not accept returns for a “change of mind” or for books ordered by mistake. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

3. How to Report an Issue

If your order meets the above criteria, please email our support team at info@panchsheelprakashan.com within 5 days of receiving your delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, your email must include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The Book Title(s)
  • Clear photographic evidence showing the damage or the incorrect item.

An unboxing video is not mandatory, but it is the best evidence and is highly recommended to expedite your claim.

4. The Return Process

Important: Please do not send any items back to us without first contacting our team and receiving a Return Authorization.

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the process. For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. This will be handled in one of two ways:

Our primary method for returns is to arrange a free reverse pickup from your address through our courier partner. In cases where a reverse pickup is not available in your area, we will provide you with alternative, pre-paid return options.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will notify you of the status of your claim

  • Replacements: If a replacement is approved, the new copy will be shipped to you at our expense.
  • Refunds: If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already been processed for dispatch. Please contact us immediately at info@panchsheelprakashan.com with your order details to request a cancellation.
